NEC XN120

The XN120 is NEC's entry level telephone system for the SME market. It is feature rich and packed with options normally reserved for larger corporate systems. Being a hybrid system you get to enjoy the benefits of using high quality digital display handsets with the flexibility of having the option to use normal analogue phones, or connecting up normal office equipment such as fax machines and PDQ devices.

Super Flexible System?

With some many configuration options and features, it is no wonder that the NEC XN120 is regarded as a super flexible system. In addition to it's standard hybrid digital/analogue ports that allow the connection of feature packed digital system phone or standard analogue phone, you also have the option to connect SIP phones and trunks to the system.
Straight out of the box the system is ready to be connected to 3 analogue lines, and is capable of connecting up to 8 phones. This of course is totally upgradeable, with options for connecting to ISDN2 lines and SIP trunks.

XN120 Telephone Range

With a great range of digital telephone handset coming in a choice of cream or dark grey the XN120 is head and shoulders above the competition.
The range consists of a non-display and a 2 line display phone both with 24 feature buttons. Extra feature buttons can be added to an extension by the use of a DSS console and add-on module.

XN120 Handset

A - Message/Ringer Lamp - Flashing red/green light lights up when a call comes in or of there is a message waiting for you. Easy to see 360 vision allows you to visually see which extension is ringing.
B - Display - Two-line, 16 character display. Allows you to quickly see called/calling name and number, DDI name and number, directory names and missed calls.
C - 12 Line/Busy lamp soft buttons - User configurable with dual colour indicators. Can show status of colleagues/other extensions or be setup with codes to access features in the system i.e. night mode.
D - 10 Speed-dial keys - One touch dialling for frequently called numbers.
E - Directory Dialling - Access to 2000 number/name system phone book.
F - Volume Controls - Easy alteration of the speaker/microphone and extension ringing volume.
G - Hands-free microphone - The built in microphone and speaker allows you to do on hook dialing as well as working as a speaker phone
