Lines and Calls - VoIP SIP Trunks
With such a versatile technology VoIP and SIP trunks can be deployed for a host of applications, in many cases significantly reducing overheads when compared
to traditional telecoms technology.
Heard bad things about the call quality? We've heard the exact same thing! However in almost every case this can be directly put down
to the quality of the internet connect that is being used to transport the SIP line or the quality of the SIP provider. In most cases the combined effect of an inadequate
broadband service and incorrectly configured modem/router has a major impact upon usability if the service.
We only use the highest quality providers and once you have these installed and configured your VoIP/SIP solution should be as stable and reliable as a traditional PSTN line, with the
added benefit from reduced call charges and low rentals.
With a VoIP/SIP Enabled System
If you already have a VoIP/SIP enabled system you could be moments away from capitalising upon some of the benefits and cost savings
that VoIP and SIP trunks can bring to your organisation. With your system already capable of using SIP trunks all that is left to do
is connecting you up to the internet and configuring your telephone switch to use the new SIP lines.
With a VoIP/SIP Ready System
You may have a phone system which is VoIP/SIP ready and would like to enable these features. In many cases phone systems that are labeled
VoIP/SIP Capable/Ready require either a software licence or a small add in module to enable these features. Why not give us a call so that we
can assist further in seeing if your phone system is ready to unleash the benefits if SIP.
With a Legacy ISDN/Analogue Trunk System
"I've got an older system which has ISDN2 but does not have VoIP or SIP capabilities." Don't worry with a host of routers and options available on
the market we can supply a broadband modem/router with built in SIP technology. Just plug it in, and connect up the phone system and away you go! Your phone system will never notice
the difference but you'll notice the savings.

Internet Connectivity for SIP & VoIP
Over Your Existing Internet Connection
If you already have an existing internet connection, you may be able to use this to route your SIP trunks over. We are happy
to advise on your existing connection speeds and it's suitability for use with our SIP service.
Assured IP Service
To eliminate any potential problem, we have a new specialised broadband service designed to work hand in hand with our SIP/VoIP trunk
service.
- assured5 - Designed to support 5 voice channels
- assured10 - Designed to support 10 voice channels
Both of these services require an analogue line to be installed. The broadband service has a setup cost of £299, and then a monthly fee of
£60 for the assured5, and £70 for the assured10 service.
This particular broadband service has been tailored to suit the needs of SIP/VoIP with low latency, jitter and pack loss combined with a
24/7 support service and time to fix. To top it of it also comes with a high quality Cisco router.
